My computer does not turn on, what do I do now?

Turn it off and on again, if the problem persists contact Simplify Technology.

If I format or erase my hard drive will it remove a virus?

A computer infected with a virus can be hard reset to circumvent this issue. Formatting or erasing the hard disk drive and starting again, 9 out of 10 times, will remove any type of virus. However, THIS WILL ERASE YOUR DATA, there are other more difficult methods, with higher data recovery success rates that can only be performed by a skilled and qualified technician.

Can I delete Internet cookies?

Yes! Microsoft Internet Explorer users can go to the little cog icon in the top left of the screen, then go to ‘Safety’ and choose ‘Delete browsing history…’, you can then choose to delete your Internet cookies. In Google Chrome, go to ‘More Tools’ and choose ‘Clear browsing data…’. Firefox users can go to ‘History’, then select ‘Clear recent history…’ to remove internet cookies.
